Here is a picture showing just some of the people that were there. The picture below shows just the entrance corridor. Talk about a sea of people. No wonder it took them 2 hours to find each other once they got separated. Caterina who writes for the school newspaper spent most of the day downstairs on the lower level interviewing stars from TV shows like Haven and other celebrities.
Next we have some "good" characters.
Green Arrow
Ironman and Hulk. Yes, there is a body in that green costume!!!
Captain America. (I'm not sure who the black and yellow girl is.)
Aquaman. He's looking mighty regal isn't he?
Then we have the villians.
Catwoman and Bain
Harley Quinn
Poison Ivy posing with Batman and Robin
Venom. Spidey was there too somewhere. In fact, a friend of mine saw him on the subway train that day.
Darth Maul
I have no clue who these two are but with horns like that, he can't be a good guy. LOL
Then, of course, there were the zombies. I heard there was a "Walking Dead" parade in the afternoon.Next up...I don't know who they are supposed to be but they obviously spent time on their costumes.
Naturally, there just had to be Playboy Playmates there.
Not sure why her face is covered but those contact lenses are cool!
Take a guess who this guy is. Betcha won't get it! Well, maybe the "golden ticket" will give it away. That's Peter Ostrum from Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Let's not forget the pro wrestlers.
And in all this, my husband was to be found grinning from ear to ear with some Storm Troopers.
They all had a great time and are already looking forward to next years' convention.

You can't get a ticket here for comic con anymore. Once Twilight, True Blood, Vampire Diaries and the such started going it's just nuts!
I'm sure they had a blast :)
Paula, we order the tickets months in advance. In fact, we buy them the day I get the email saying tickets are on sale. They sell out in no time.
So cool! I like Bain even though he's a bad guy.
Wow, some of those costumes are just amazing! My favourites are the two New Gen women (I have no idea what that means, but in both pictures, there's reference to that), their makeup is just....wow!
That pic of Jim with the storm troopers is awesome. Look at that smile; he's like a kid in a candy store!
The event always makes for such colorful pictures! It's great that you're able to get the tickets - I'm sure Logan and Jim always have a fabulous time!
